Git Karlsson supports GRP with agreements, procurements and finance/admin. She mainly works with GRPs implementing and downstream partners and control their financial reports and general agreement fulfillments together with the responsible GRP officer.

Karlsson holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Gothenburg and has completed individual courses in Administration, as Gender and Politics at Mittuniversitetet. She has extensive experience in international development cooperation, having worked with Swedish civil society organizations such as Kvinna till Kvinna, Diakonia, and Save the Children Sweden. Her early career focused on Latin America, where she worked on children's rights programs and lived in Peru for several years. Over time, her interest shifted toward administration, where she led a global IT system requirements project and has also held responsibility for quality assurance in project cycle management for about 400 partners and their international payments.
