Sigrid Brydolf is a PhD student within the Mistra Food Futures project, investigating the role of social norms in sustainable food transformations.

As a PhD student in Mistra Food Futures, Brydolf investigates the role of dietarian identity to enable or hinder transformative change in the food system. Using agent-based modelling and a combination of qualitative methods, she aims to bring together the fields of social psychology and sustainability transformations in order to increase the understanding of leverage points for moving towards a more sustainable food system.

With a background in Environmental Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Brydolf brings together diverse perspectives from fields such as sustainability science, transition studies, environmental humanities, and computational modelling to her interdisciplinary PhD project.
