Cecilia Linder provides specialist HR advice to management and staff.

Linder ensures adherence to university and public office labour policies, laws, and regulations, and continuously enhances HR processes to align with and support Stockholm Resilience Centre's vision, mission, and overarching strategic goals.

Graduated in Behavioural Science, Economics and Sustainability from Stockholm University and Stockholm Resilience Centre, Linder joined in October 2011. Before taking on her current role, Linder worked as a project leader in HR, Health and Sustainability. She trained in The Natural Step's framework and holds a certificate from their Sustainability for Leaders programme.

Linder is a co-founder of the organisation Sustainergies, readying talented sustainability students for company recruitment, and a former chairperson of the non-profit association Medveten Konsumtion, working towards more sustainable consumer behaviour. Linder also has hands-on experience in pursuing a more sustainable living and self-sufficiency efforts.
